Executive Assistant to CEO and Founder
Allyson Crespo joined the team in January 2020 as the Executive Assistant to the Founder and CEO, Dave Wish. Allyson brings with her over twenty years of experience supporting Executives from various industries such as Hospitality, Beverage and Fashion & Trade Shows. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, she attended the Blue Ribbon Award Winning, Berkeley Carroll School, a non-for-profit educational institution for 13 years before majoring in English at Hunter College in New York City, NY.
Allyson pursued an acting and modeling career for several years prior to landing her first Executive Level Support Role at the Carlyle Hotel. From there she went on to work for the Nouveau Collective Fashion Trade Show as a Coordinator for several years to be followed up by her work with the Corporate Communications Team at Morgan Stanley for six. From there, she went on to work with Heineken USA for eight years where she went from being the Marketing Department Coordinator to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Allyson has always had a passion for education and helping children. Now being able to combine that passion with her years of corporate experience, is looking forward to helping the team accomplish its goal of “transforming lives by restoring, expanding, and innovating music education in our schools’.
