David Wish, Founder and Executive Director
David Wish
worked as an elementary school teacher for ten years.
He also worked as
a Spanish bilingual teacher and school music teacher. He founded
Little Kids Rock in 1996 as an effort to make up for
the lack of
music education at schools in his area. David has left the
classroom to devote all of his energy to Little Kids Rock.
He
also works as
a professional musician by night, playing at nightclubs, charity
benefits and corporate events.

Laura Subotky, Chief Operatiing Officer
Laura has more than 10 years of experience in strategic planning,
marketing and operations. Her background spans a broad range
of industries and has included engagements at both large
corporations and small businesses. Prior to joining Little
Kids Rock, Laura worked as a management consultant for A.T.
Kearney and as a product manager for 3Com. Laura has also
worked as an independent business consultant focusing on
the social enterprise
sector.
She
also holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA and
an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Allison Neves,
PR Director
Allison has more than 8 years of public relations
experience, providing strategic and tactical PR services for non-profit
organizations and high-tech companies. Her experience includes work for
corporate clients such as Hewlett Packard and for public relations agencies
that
focused on
non-profit accounts and political
affairs.
Allison received a B.A. in Communications
Studies from Sacramento State University. When she's not writing
press releases, Allison spends
her time traveling to exotic locales and scuba diving.

Shri Arora
Shri is President and CEO of RKS--the most innovative
guitar and amplifier
manufacturer in the industry today. Launched in 2004, RKS is making waves
with its cutting-edge and supreme-quality instruments manufactured in the
United States. Prior to this, Shri served as Vice-President and General
Manager of Gibson Labs, the
technology division of Gibson Guitar Corp. Before joining Gibson, Shri
held several engineering management and software
engineering positions in the audio, computer, and digital storage
industries.
Shri received a B.S. in Computer Science from Iowa State University and
expects to receive a M.B.A. from the Kellogg School at Northwestern
University in 2005. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, a former U.S.
ballroom dance champion, and loves running, watching cricket and basketball.
Karen Chakmakian
Karen Chakmakian is a marketing consultant (www.chakmakian.com)
with a passion for kick-starting new ventures. She brings to Little Kids
Rock
more than fourteen years of experience providing leadership and direction
to early-stage companies. Prior to her work as a consultant, she co-founded
iPass (NASDAQ: IPAS), which delivers simple and secure enterprise connectivity
services for mobile workers through a virtual network of hundreds of
dial-up, wireless, and broadband providers in more than 150 countries.
Prior to iPass, Karen consulted to International Messaging Associates
in Hong Kong, and held marketing and general management roles at two
startups in the semiconductor industry. Karen holds an MBA from Santa
Clara University. She is learning to play the guitar, loves adventure
travel, kiteboarding, skiing, and discovering amazing wine.
Doug Camplejohn
Doug is the Founder and CEO of spyware security company, Mi5. He started his
previous company, MyPlay, a digital music locker service, in 1999 and sold
it to Bertelsmann in 2001. Doug has spent over 14 years in various Product
Management and Marketing roles in Silicon Valley including Vontu, Epiphany
and Apple Computer. Doug received his BSEE and MBA from Carnegie-Mellon
University, and enjoys sailing, snowboarding, open water swimming, and playing
guitar.
Mike Fernandez
Co-Founder of Little Kids Rock, Mike Fernandez has a passion for music and life.
In his spare time, he plays guitar and practices yoga. Previously, Mike co-founded The
Coffee Review, the world's leading guide to coffee ratings, and Great
Coffee, Inc.
Mike earned a BSE from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and
his MPA from Harvard University. He also served as a Captain in the US Army and
earned a black belt in Karate.

Jeff Yasuda
Jeff Yasuda is the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Redwood
Venture Partners. Previously, Yasuda worked in Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers
for several years focusing on technology financings within Equity Capital
Markets. While in Equity Capital Markets, Yasuda worked on numerous initial
public and follow-on offerings for software, hardware, computer services,
semiconductor, semiconductor equipment, and telecommunications equipment
companies.
Earlier in his career, Jeff worked at Arthur Andersen focusing on strategic consulting,
mergers and acquisitions, and financial valuation within the Corporate Finance
Group. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the New York
State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Jeff graduated with a BA in History
from Dartmouth College and received his MBA from New York University Stern School
of Business in Accounting and Finance. Jeff continues to be active in music studying
jazz guitar and
performing with local funk band, Funky Stew.
