The Big Man Bracelet
Due to your generosity, over $12,000 has been raised which means that nearly 750 kids will recieve the lifelong gift of music education!
In 2011, Little Kids Rock lost a dear supporter – “The Big Man” Clarence Clemons – saxophonist for the legendary E Street Band. In his honor, Little Kids Rock presents “The Big Man of the Year” award annually to an artist who steps up in a big way to help Little Kids Rock!
In 2009, at the “Big Man, Real Life & Tall Tales” book release party, Big Man bracelets were made and provided to Clarence as well as all invited guests by the Jean Shop. These bracelets were very well received and Clarence as well as those close to him never took theirs off. Now, for a limited time, you can help honor The Big Man’s legacy, giving children the right to rock, by purchasing these custom Big Man Bracelets for a small donation.
(100% of the proceeds go to Little Kids Rock, and each bracelet sold puts an instrument into a low-income child’s hands!) You can personalize these bracelets for free by stopping into The Jean Shop on W. 14th St. in NYC.
Thank you for joining The Big Man in helping us to restore and revitalize music education. You Rock!
